By accessing or using Chytach Manga (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Description of the Application

Chytach Manga is a browser-based CBZ file reader. It operates entirely on your device — it does not upload, transmit, or process your files on any server. All functionality is provided client-side via standard Web APIs.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of the CBZ files you open with the Application. By using the Application you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the legal right to read and store the CBZ files you open.
• You will not use the Application to access, store, or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding the content you access.

The Application is a reading tool only. It does not provide, distribute, or facilitate access to any copyrighted content.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Chytach Manga name, logo, or other brand features without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hleb Shautsou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application, including any loss of data.

Because the Application stores data locally in your browser, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any files you wish to preserve.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
